Jekyll Island is located just off the Georgia coast, midway between Savannah, Georgia, and Jacksonville, Florida. A six-mile causeway separates Jekyll from the mainland and the city of Brunswick. One of many barrier islands on Georgia's coast, Jekyll is neighbored to the north by St. Simons Island and to the south by Cumberland Island.

From the North...

• Take I-95 South to Exit 29

• Turn left onto US-17 N (GA-25 N, GA-520 E, Corridor Z, South Georgia Pkwy)

From the South...

• Take I-95 North to Exit 29

• Turn right onto US-17 N (GA-25 N, GA-520 E, Corridor Z, South Georgia Pkwy)

• Continue on US-17 N (GA-25 N, GA-520 E, Corridor Z, South Georgia Pkwy) for 5.1 miles

• Turn right on GA-520 E (Jekyll Island Road).  This turn is just prior to US-17N continuing on to a large suspension bridge crossing the Brunswick River

• Continue on GA-520 E (Jekyll Island Road) for 6.0 miles and crossing the bridge over the Jekyll River

• Pay $3.00 at the toll booth which is the entrance to the island

• Continue on GA-520 E (Jekyll Island Road) for 0.5 miles

• GA-520 E (Jekyll Island Road) ends at the Jekyll Island Convention Center
